Tarcia D. Troup State Farm Agency is seeking a seasoned and compassionate Life/Health Insurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to deliver tailored insurance solutions that provide meaningful protection and peace of mind to clients and their families. Your proven sales acumen and deep understanding of life and health insurance products will empower you to build lasting client relationships while driving consistent revenue growth.

As a trusted advisor and strategic partner within the community, you will play an integral role in expanding our agency’s footprint by delivering exceptional service and insightful guidance during life’s most critical moments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively generate and cultivate qualified leads, expertly assess client needs, and present customized insurance solutions that align with their unique circumstances.
  • Demonstrate unwavering professionalism and a commitment to excellence in every interaction, fostering long-term client loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with agency colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience and support collective success.
  • Stay current on industry trends and product developments to continually enhance your consultative approach.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in life and health insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Valid Life/Health Insurance License.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect empathetically and build trust.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by a passion to help clients secure their financial futures.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a robust pipeline and close sales effectively.
